The Magic of Christopher - 5:30-6:15PM in Auditorium - Escape into a fantasy world of magic and illusion! Fun for all!

Shaded Soul Band - 4:30-5:15PM, 6:30-7:15PM in Auditorium – Come see this high energy Motown, rhythm and blues band. They will keep everyone grooving!

 

Mrs. Claus' Kitchen - 4:00-7:15PM in Lower Level Youth Room - Mrs. Claus and elves will help your child decorate a holiday cookie. Sponsored by the Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church.

 

8 Nights of Fun All Rolled into 1! - 5:30-7:30PM in Lower Level Old Court RoomJoin Chai: The Center for Jewish Life for fun, family activities and learn more about Chanukah - the Festival of Lights.  Kids of all ages can make an edible dreidel and learn how to play this fun holiday game!  Make someone's holiday a little brighter by making Chanukah cards for Jewish soldiers in the U.S. Armed Forces. Gourmets of all ages can taste flavored olive oil and learn about the connection to the holiday of Chanukah.  Free and open to everyone.

 

SCTV Holiday Greetings - 4:30-7:15PM at SCTV (enter through Youth Room) - Your family can tape a holiday greeting to be aired on SCTV throughout the month of December. DVD copies will be available for a $5 donation. You can make an appointment starting to 2 weeks after Thanksgiving.

 

SIMSBURY HISTORICAL SOCIETY- 800 Hopmeadow Street

Phelps Tavern Museum - 4:30-7:15PM - Free Admission to the Museum.   Warm yourself in our one-room school house. There will also be free facepainting for children of all ages!

Pictures With Santa - 4:00-7:00PM - Have your child's picture taken with the real Santa Claus! $5 per photo taken by photographer Curt Henderson. Photos will be mailed to your home about 1 week after event.  No personal photographs permitted.  PLEASE NOTE:  The picture line will be cut off at about 6:30PM so that Santa can see those children who waited in line before he has to leave for the evening.  We do not want anyone to wait in line and not get to see Santa and miss out on other fun events happening outside!   

String Theory - 4:00-7:00PM - Professional string trio will entertain those in line to see Santa.

 

Ski Sundown Rail Jam - 4:30-7:15PM - on the Front Lawn of the Bank of Amercia.
Watch the skill and tricks of Ski Sundown snowboarders as they perform their high flying maneuvers.

Hip-Hop ACROfitness Style - 5:45-6:15PM - ACROfitness' finest students and instructor Brandon Coulote will demonstrate the unique combination of dance, fitness and street tumbling that is Hip Hop!

The Festival of the Firs - 4:30-7:15PM - Artfully decorated wreaths and mini trees offered up for Tea Cup Raffle. Proceeds benefit the Simsbury Food Pantry.
